Frederick Hoethke

Frederick ("Rick") Hoethke is a principal partner of SAFFA LAW GROUP

Frederick Hoethke

Over the past 27 years, he has represented thousands of clients in need. His extensive jury trial experience as lead counsel has enabled him to successfully recover millions of dollars in compensation for his clients who suffered personal injuries.

Rick graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1988. He then worked as a prosecutor with the Broward County State Attorney's Office where he prosecuted cases ranging from traffic offenses to murder cases.

Following the State Attorney's Office, Rick worked as an insurance defense trial attorney for a number of years before opening his own firm and representing injury victims. As an insurance defense attorney, he would evaluate plaintiff's cases and advise the insurance company as to the case's value. He would conduct all the discovery on the case, take depositions of the plaintiff(s), their treating doctors, witnesses to the accient and then defend the insurance companies at trial.

The experience he gained while representing insurance companies enables him to now excel in representing clients in their cases against the insurance industry. Rick has tried over 150 jury trials to date, has successfully represented thousands of personal injury clients and recovered millions of dollars in compensation on their behalf.

In his representation of clients suffering from a financial crisis, Rick has also filed over 1,000 bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 & 13). Through bankruptcy, he has helped clients save their homes from foreclosure, keep their personal property, stop vehicle repossessions, stop bank levies, stop wage garnishment and enable them to get a "fresh start".

As a former prosecutor, Rick has the insight and experience to successfully represent clients facing all traffic related offenses. He is intimately familiar with the legal elements required for a traffic charge to stand up in court and how to effectively challenge them so that they may be dismissed or reduced.
